how can i tell who i forwarded an email to.

is it posssible to go back to a message in the inbox and see who it has been
forwarded to, rather than saving forwarded messages in the inbox.
 
In Tools, options, email options make sure you are saving all messages in the
Sent Items folder, including forwarded messages & replies. Then just check
the sent items folder. You should not save messages in the Inbox. Move those
you want to keep to another folder.
 
Hi Mary. I do save emails to another folder, but would like to know if there
is a way of checking back to see who i have forwarded them to without having
to save sent messages also as this is a work related issue and there are lots
of emails.

If you open the message in the Inbox, you will find a grey bar on top
that says "You forwarded this message on..."; click on it and select
"Find related messages" - you will find the forwarded message in the
search result, and you can open it to check the forwarding address(es).
