IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY HARDWARE? Office 2003 hangs and becomes non
operational if it tries to send/receive when the internet connection is down
or if it goes down during the send receive process. When I tried to run
windows install cleanup, I get the following message MSICUU runtime error
'-2147024882(800700e): System Error &H80004005(-2147467259) Unspecified error
+ OK button. Also, all my other programs seem to work much slower than
before. I have Windows XP Pro and Office 2003, both of which are authorized.
How can I test to see if there is something really wrong? I have used the
hard disk drive test programs, which say that my hard disk drive is OK. I
have anti-virus protection and firewall installed and working. i run
spy-catcher programs weekly

I would start checking the RAM. You can get memory diagnosis tools
from the Internet. Alternatively take the machine to a hardware store
so that they can check it there.
