How can I take many Eddresses from sent items folder and add them.

How can I take many Eddresses from sent items folder in one move and add them
to one email to send- instead of sending many emails to seperate Eddreses?
(Microsoft outlook 2003 )
 
Thanx for the reply- The problem is that I have 160 eddresses in my sent to
folder and I dont want to add each one seperately into a dist list(about 3
hours work)- I want to send same email to all 160.

so the contacts you want to send to, are not in your Contact Folder?
