I have access to an exchange server and have setup public folders for
contacts and calanders that will be shared with a small group of people. I
need to be able to have one point of entry to modify these and still have
them updated in the public folders and be able to sync them to my PDA. From
what i have seen so far, this is going to require me to have a 3rd party
application to be able to sync from a public share to my personal contacts
and calander so they can then be sent to my pda with active sync.
for example:
I want to be able to add a contact to my public folder favorites contacts
(so they can be modified offline and then send to the public share next time
i connect to the exchange server). and then have it also update to my
personal contacts so they can be sent to my PDA with active sync.
Alternately, if there is a way to directly sync my PDA to a public folder
favorite, that would also work.
Thank you very much for any suggestions on how to accomplish this!
