How can I stop Word analysing my text while I`m writing ?

Go to the place where you set the spellcheck controls (different in
different versions of Word) and uncheck the box for "Check grammar
along with spelling" or words to that effect.
 
Turn off the automatic grammar checking while you type from Word's Options.

Are you seeing a message that says, "Word is finishing analyzing your
document"? If so, you'll find from

bamboozled a lot of us back in 2005, and the 2004 thread

referenced in the that thread suggests that some people got relief by
uninstalling various add-ins, but I don't think any definitive solution has
ever been found, but the thread at

mentions various Adobe add-ins (including Adobe Elements) and also
specifically a Dymo Label Writer add-in:
