How can I stop Windows XP Home from automatically logging me off?

How can I stop Windows XP Home from automatically logging me off after
periods of inactivity? This messes up my downloads and other activities. I
want to always stay logged in. Thanks.

Right click the Desktop and select Properties->Screen Saver tab uncheck
the "On resume, password protect"

That did it. I didn't have a screensaver active, so I activated one,
unchecked "On resume ..." and returned to no screensaver. Worked like a
charm! Thanks.

In INternet Options, Connections page, highlight the connection, click
Settings, then advanced and uncheck 'disconnect if idle'. Note that
your ISP may well do it under your feet anyway - usually after 10 or 15
minutes.
