How can I start Outlook with inbox displayed and a 2nd outlook with contacts displayed

I have tried: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OUTLOOK.EXE"
/select "outlook:\\Contacts"

as specified in help and elsewhere..

I get error message:
Unable to display the selected folder or item. Could not complete the
operation. One or more parameters are not valid.

Looking for help
 
Rightclick the Contact folder and choose to open it in a new window
