Check to computer's BIOS so as to see if it has a timer. If it does not, you
will need to set up a timer device and plug-in the computer into this unit.
A timer applying power to the computer will not start it. The start button
also must be pushed once power is available. Perhaps you could have your
timer also ring a bell and instruct your butler to come in when he hears the
bell and push the button.

It's the BIOS that determines that capability, NOT the computer.
