How Can I share my database long distance?

Is there any way for multiple users to update an access database from more
than one city?

I have a co-worker cross-state that could very much benefit from the use of
a database that I have on my machine here. What sort of options do I have
for getting this database online so that we can both add and edit entries in
the database?
