how can I share customized contact form with another person?

I have created a customized contact form and want to have other people be
able to use my contact form. They are on different computers and are not on a
network.

Save the form as an .oft file. Send it to the other people. Tell them to save it to their hard drive, then open it with the Tools | Forms | Choose Form command. Once it's open, they can use the Tools | Forms | Publish Form command to publish it.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/com...spx?dg=microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms
