i want to setup my pps in the manner that when i sent it to a person through
mail, it just open as slideshow, means there is no need for pressing F5 key
or select slide show.

PowerPoint has two different file types (extensions) that it uses:

1. *.ppt - opens up in edit mode and you must press F5 to go into slide show
mode
2. *.pps - opens up in slide show mode.

In order to achieve #2, take your existing file and click "File", "Save as",
change the dropdown on the file type to a "pps" type. Or, you can go into
Windows Explorer and rename the file extension to "pps".

As long as they have PowerPoint or the free PowerPoint Viewer, all you need to
do is send a PPS (Show) file and persuade them to launch it. The rest is
automatic.

Send a presentation that opens automatically in email
