How can I set up an Access report to print on 3x5 index cards?

Am making a report from a table. I want each record in the report to print
out on a 3x5 index card. I don't want to use a full sheet of anything and
then have to separate. I just want each record to print on a 3x5 index card.

AFAIK, Access gets its page size definition from the print driver. Define a
printer with the page size in question and use that printer for the report.
Make sure your report is redefined to correspond to the defined page size.

First, determine if your printer can physically handle 3 x 5 cards -- most
of the printers I have had (HP, Epson, Canon, and LexMark) would handle no
smaller than 4x6. If the printer can't work with a 3x5 card, it doesn't
matter how you would have to set the report. Some of those printers handled
a stack of 4x6 cards nicely, but on some others, they had to be fed through
an "envelope slot" one at a time.

The only success I've had with 3x5 cards on PC printers was with a
microperforated sheet of cardstock that contained multiple 3x5 cards -- they
had to be separated after printing, which defeats your purpose.

In addition to the standard sizes, most printer driver dialogs have a
"custom size" box, which allows you to specify the dimensions.
