How can I set up a spreadsheet so I can print on Avery labels?

I have a document in Excel that I need to print on Avery perforated sheets -
is there a way to set up so I can print the document properly?

Malcolm I need to do the same, because we use continuous numbering for our
samples numbering system (LIMS) and I want Excel to sum & print 80 numbers
for Avery #5167 labels automatically when opening Excel. Is there an easy way
to explain how to program a macro in layman's terms, (I have never learned
macros, there wasn't a need until now).
