How can I set Personal 'Public Holidays'

My wife's a teacher, so I'd like to add school holidays to my Outlook
Calendar to appear the same as Public Holidays. Can I do this, if so how.

Presumably I can create a file similar to UK Public Holidays and
import/add this to my Outlook Calendar.
