How can i send mass email to a specific category?

Ok - I know how to select and send mass email to a "category" but it puts ALL
the reciepients names in the "To" field. I want an email to go to each
reciepient but not with all of the email addresses show in the TO field. Can
anyone help?

Cut from the TO: field, paste in the BCC Field, put your address in the TO:
field.

So is this the best way - seems that microsoft should have been able to
handle it easier - not that cut n paste is that hard!

Microsoft already has a method to handle it easier, it is called a mail
merge. However, you did not inquire about that option.
