How can I screen capture a toolbar?

Monica, I swear by TechSmith's SnagIt: www.techsmith.com
You can trial it if you like.
You can set hotkeys so that you can hit dropdowns and still capture them,
etc...
Otherwise, Shift+PrintScreen should work to grab the whole screen, and
Alt+PrintScreen to get just the active window.
