S Shauna Kelly Nov 9, 2004 #2 Hi Assuming you have a recent copy of Word, one way to do this might be as follows. Format > Background > Fill Effects. On the Picture tab, choose your scanned picture of the form. Now, type your text to "fill in" the form. To print, choose Tools > Options > Print. Un-tick "Background colours and images".
