how can I reverse blocked contacts

Recentl I setup and started to use my Outlook 2003 program. I am having
difficulty sending and receiving mail for some contacts. I believe I may have
erroniously blocked them. How can I check this and if so how can I unblock?
 
Thanks for the information "Mary", I have tried this previously. It only
shows listing of senders I have knowingly blocked. I am trying to find a
listing of my contacts that I may hav erroniously blocked.
 
Outlook has only one Blocked Senders list.That's the only place you need to look.

While you're there, check to make sure that the Safe Senders list is set to trust all your contacts.
