how can I retreived my old contacts and inbox from my harddrive?

My computer crashed and now I need my old contacts list , in box and sent
folders from my outlook account. How do I retrieve that from my hard drive?
HELP PLEASE!!!!!!! I am on a borrowed computer with my hard drive
connected and I am saving everything I can... but I can't find the outlook
information!!! I would be so grateful for any assistance.
 
It's a hidden file so when you search include Hidden Files. It's a .pst
file.
