How can I restore the full Deleted Items File (accidental delete)

Accidently emptied Deteted Items File. Could not restore via restore point.
Help indicates I could restore via Microsoft Exchange, which I do not have.
File is not in re-cycle bin. Any other method?
 
I don't think you can unless you have a backup of the whole PST file from
before you deleted things. Excuse me for asking but is there a reason you
were keeping something important in the Deleted Items folder?
 
What's it like, Vince, to never make a mistake? To never delete anything
important by accident, and empty the deleted items folder before realizing it?
