How can I replace this complex string?

Please tell me how to find and replace using MSWord a range of characters
only at the beginning of a line but not the rest of the line. Specifically,
I want to replace the 100 or so track numbers at the beginning of a list of
song titles. Example 010 - (including the spaces before and after the dash)
in a list of song titles copied over from Winamp. But I want to keep
everything after the space following the dash. Incidentally, the entire list
is treated like one paragraph by word.
Boy I have tried all the combinations of wildcards etc. I can think of with
only partial success. I can eliminate the range of numbers easily and the
dash itself, but cannot get the spaces to go away. Thanks

Duncan,

Three posts within three minutes is two too many and not enough time for
anyone to answer.

Try doing a "Find what" for the following: ^#^#^#^w-^w and leave the
"Replace with" field blank. That will look for any digit, any digit, any
digit, white space, dash, white space and delete it. If you had clicked on
the "Special" button at the bottom of the Find and Replace dialog box you
would have seen these options.
