How can I replace the missing "Unread Email" folder?

"Unread Email" folder has been permanently deleted (accidently). Trying to
restore it from "Detect and Repair" did not work and it looks like I cannot
create my own, any suggestions?
 
Assuming you mean the Unread Email folder that was under "Search Folders" in
Outlook 2003. You can recreate that, just right click on Search Folders and
select New Search Folder. Unread should be right at the top.
