How can I remove the Visioneer one touch from my system tray v 3.0

I am running Win XP.
I had a visioneer scanner and uninstalledthe software from the control panel
I next ran the Visioneer utility to remove the software.

The one touch utility ver 3.0 keeps staying alive in my system tray.

Does anyone have any ideas how to remove this program.

Did you uninstall the OneTouch Version 3.0 using the Add/Remove Programs
in the Control Panel (sorry, all I got is Windows 2000)?
Also, you can stop the Icon from appearing in the task bar by right
clicking on the task bar icon, Configure, Preference (the hand thingy),
General tab, uncheck "show scanner icon in windows taskbar".
