how can I remove SmartPops?

I keep getting crash messages; I submit the problem and I
received the analysis below. I tried to remove SmartPops
but I can't find it on my hard drive. Can someone help me
to rid my p.c. of SmartPops? There's no answer at their
phone number and nothing at their SP web site. I really
regret downloading it!
