how can i remove retyping?

i have a one access file which we have maintain all official importance data
we all data daily entry into this access file & maintain.

when we are data enter in this file there are lot of data which we have
already fill before & now we want to facility like excel where wwe can type
two or three carector & automatic display or show the option


Please reply urgent ,

A Combo Box will automatically fill in... but your explanation of your
database structure is very brief and it's hard to tell exactly what
you want. What is the structure of your table, or tables? How are you
doing the data entry - directly into the Table (a *bad* idea) or on a
Form?
