How can I remove duplicate Archive folders from Microsoft Outlook.

I have two "Archive Folders underone Personal Folders. What are the steps to
remove one of them. I also have another 'Personl Folders that need so be
removed. It does not have Arcive Folder. What are the removal steps for thin
one?
 
R click the Folder > Close.
If that does not work, then you have corrupted your Profile and must create
a new one.
