how can i reduce the size of my page to remove the scroll bars?

My site looks nothing like it does on page preview, when i publish it and
view it on other computers. For one, and the most annoying thing is this..
My site looks so darn huuuuuuge that it has horizontal scroll bars when it
doesnt show me that from my frontpage. I made it perfectly small so that
there is no scrolling required, whether it be up or down. What do i have to
do in frontpage to make my page overall smaller?? i've been searching for
days, and i've lost respect for page preview! If anybody can make me an
index page for my website, so i could use it as a template for the rest of
the site, i would be happy to reimburse you with some $$. (please consult me
for more details, it shouldnt be hard, but im such a novice) Sorry, i've
gotten off topic, but i've become so frustrated, and I need to get my site up

Start off by Not building your site in fixed width tables (or table no larger than 760 px wide for 800x600 screens) - you have a 963
px table
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="ms-simple1-main" width="963" height="620">
Then resize you conent (flash, images, etc ) to not be larger that the table

In FP 2003 set your design view (view page size ) to 800x600
