How can i put the icon font size smaller?

I turned on my pc today, and everything was bigger the icons, the start menu,
windows, everything... I have no idea how to get it all back to the normal
size, i need help.

It's somewhere in the context menu when you right click the desktop, or you
can hold down Ctrl and use the mousewheel.

It sounds like the Screen Resolution was changed to a lower resoulution.
Right click the Desktop and select Personalize from the menu. On the
following screen, select Display Settings.

In the dialog box, set the Resolution to a slightly higher value. Apply/OK.
