This question doesn't appear to have anything to do with Microsoft
Access, the subject of this newsgroup; and it would depend entirely on
your printer. A black-and-white laser printer certainly cannot; an
inkjet printer might be able to do so. Check the printer
documentation.
You could print white text with a colored background on white paper. It
would not reach the paper's edges and your ink consumption would be
incredible, but it might work.
