How can I print only "selected" content in an email?

When using Outlook 2003, there is no problem to print only selected content
of a message. However, in Outlook 2007, I cannot print only selected area but
the whole message body...it will be very inconvenient if i have to print out
all the whole message instead of partial content while the message can be
dozens of pages long.

Copy / Paste the selection to print into a word document and print from there
or get yourself a print addin that gives you more control over the printing

Or, as Roady posted last week in this forum:

Open the message-> Actions-> Open Message In Browser-> select the piece you
want to print and choose to print selection only.

Open the message, click Actions>Open Message in Browser, then you 'll be
able to select a portion and print it.

I'd done that before I posted the question. It would't help because there
will be no header info such as "From", "sent", "to", "subject". However, in
Outlook 2003, if theemail is HTML format, I can print any selected part with
detail header information on it.

I'd done that before I posted the question. It would't help because there

Edit the mail, delete the text you don't want to print, print the mail,
close it without saving?

Should work, I'd think. Also look for a way to send feedback to Microsoft,
which I can't remember how to do at the moment, to let them know this
functionality is missing.

ya, you are right...maybe I have to write MS about this missing but very
important functionality. It's really painful to edit mail, delete text, and
so on just to print partial message in an email, if i have to do so several
times a day.
