I am trying to print all my Outlook Notes with several Notes per page;
however, I am only getting one Note per page even though I select all the
Notes. I unchecked the "start new page" box, but it didn't help. Also, the
Notes do not appear alphabetically in the print preview. I am using Outlook
2003. Can anyone tell me how to print all my Notes alphabetically with
several Notes per page? Thank you!

It not possible in Outlook 2003. See
http://www.slipstick.com/mail1/print.asp for addins that may print them on
one page - blueprint or outlookprinter both should do it.

I have the same issue as Diane except I'm using MS Outlook 7. Is there a
way to do it with version 7?

Outlook 2007? No, you can't print on one page (unless you use something like
booklet printing).
