how can I print 2 pages a day calendar book mode. It works in Out.

The ability to create a daytimer seems lost in Outlook 2003. I can no longer
print 2 pages a day in book mode. Now when I print 2 pages a day it prints
one day on the front and back of the page. This prevents you from opening
your daytimer and seeing your meetings on the left page and notes and tasks
on the right page. I have verified that it works perfectly in Outlook 2000
and not in 2003. I have tried this on multiple computer and printer
configurations. I have tried every possible printer and outlook setting. So,
if you can tell me how to do it I will bow to your obvious superior intellect.
Please help.

It's broken and MS knows about it. You can try printing to the office
document printer first, then printing from it to the duplex printer.
