how can i prevent importing my .mdb tables?

you can import my tables in my .mdb file from another mdb file.
If i use User-Level Security , I have one .wmf file and it can secure my
tables. But if you join with my .wmf file, you can cut my security and import
my tables.How can i prevent importing tables.
