How can I post a Quicktime .mov file on my FP2003 website

I just want to post a QT movie on it. I have purchased QT pro 7 and have the
movie in my file folder on the server, but am unsure how to proceed.
thanks in advance for any/all help.

The simplest method is to just create hyperlink to the file.
