How can I organize my deleted items into sender folder

All of my deleted items are in my deleted items folder. i would like to know
if there is an easy way to oranize them by automatically telling outlook to
create a folder for each sender, and then put all of the deleted items from
each sender in their folder.
 
Wouldn't it be better to create rules to place the items in folders instead
of deleting them in the first place... Have you tried opening a message in
the deleted items folder and then creating a rule to place them in "x"
folder. Have the rule move all in the "current folder."

Look up the word "deleted" in a dictionary. Deleted items ate those you do
NOT WANT or NEED to keep!!!!!!!!!

WHY are you storing everything in a folder designed to be emptied every so
often?
