How Can i monitoring....

Hello to all,
I have 4 xp machines in my home.(2 children - my wife and my)
I don't have a server, and I use the workgroup network for file sharing
(adsl).
So I want to know, is there any possibility to monitor the workgroup
machines by mine one, of the xp work group machine and I want to monitor
that when the people are login into the machine and what they download and
from which site like detail.
So kindly help on that..

There is no way to do centralized monitoring without a server. You can run
parental control software on each machine.
