Ummm...

You can see your database.

We cannot.

What are your tables? Is there a Contacts table and a (one to many related
perhaps) Contact Details table? or is the Contacts table bound to a form named
"Contact Details"?

Short lesson:

A Form has a Recordsource property. This is usually a Table or (more often) a
Query based on a table. On the form there are "Controls" such as textboxes,
combo boxes, checkboxes, etc.; these will often have the name of a field in
the Recorsource query as their "Control Source" property, binding them to the
table.
