how can I make my netzeero platinum work with outlook

I can recieve email from my netzero platinum account to my outlook but cannot
send email from my outlook through my netzero platinum. HELP
 
What version of Outlook do you have? Do you get error messages when you
send? If so, what are they?
 
thanks for responding jeff, I have outlook 2003. I get an error message that
says the connection to the server was interrupted. error message #0X800CC0F
 
I mistyped when I gave the error message it is 0x800CCC0F it does say that
the connection to the server was interrupted. another question: are outlook
express and outlook connected, in other words will this work the same if I am
able to make it work in outlook express?
 
every time I do this I gget half way through to a solution and then I can't
get another response....Please help m e
 
Do you have any anti-virus software installed? If so, turn off its email
scanning - sometimes anti-virus software can cause this problem.
