How can I make my FrontPage website easy to find with a search?

I want to make my website more easily found with a search engine. What do I

Hi,
That's a very big question - in fact a lot of people make their living
answering it. I'd suggest you start by giving this a read
http://www.google.co.uk/intl/en/webmasters/

Make sure you don't deviate from these guidelines and you'll be up and
running but bear in mind if your terms are competitive there's a lot more to
learn and nobody that will tell you - at least not for free ;-)

Exactly! Do the math -- if you are selling something common like
cameras and say there were only 1000 sites selling cameras, then if a
search engine like google returned 10 links per page, those 1000 sites
would take at least 100 pages to all be displayed (not to mention all
the other links with "camera" in them that turned out not to be
selling cameras). If there is nothing that sets you apart from those
other sites, your situation is, well, hopeless :=(

So there are a couple of things you can do. If you are in Podunk, New
Jersey, you can make sure those terms are used in your site along with
terms related to camera sales, so at least people looking for a store
selling cameras in Podunk are more likely to find you.

Or, you can sell left circular barfnackles -- nobody else has a site
doing that, and you will come out right at the top! :=)
