How can I make an excel spreadsheet as large as the paper?

I have an excel spreadsheet that used to be the entire size of a letter size
paper. Now the document has shrunk to about 1/3 of the size of the paper.
How can I make it the same size as the paper again?

what do you mean by shrunk? on the sheet? printing?
the first thing i would check is the zoom.
for the screen...
on the menu bar..
View>zoom. Adjust if needed.
Printing...
on the menu bar....
file>page setup>Page tab. adjust the scaling if needed.

Check File>Page Setup, on the Page tab there are options to make the
printout fit the page.
