In outlook I do not want the typed lines to extend all the way across the
page . How do I limit the length of the line? I am using Office 2007 with
Vista

Which message format are you using? HTML formatted messages adapt themself
to the window size.

I changed to Rich Text and it does not solve the problem.

In either case (RTF or HTML) I would use a simple table to restrict
the length of a line. Hope this helps.

So what happens then when you resize the Window? You get a horizontal
scrollbar?
Note that you shouldn't be using Rich Text unless you know that the receiver
also uses Outlook. Using HTML would be more wise.

That's an awful workaround and completely unnecessary.
