How can I control line wrap in Outlook?

Outlook apparently cuts the line length of received messages at around 72
characters, continuing on the next line. I'd like to see the messages as
originally formatted. How can I turn line wrap off? Or extend it to the
window width or some larger value?

It's possible that the problem really is that the outgoing mail is being
line wrapped, not the incoming mail (in other words, the problem occurs only
on receiving copies of mail sent out by me or by others with my problem). The
line wrap length control on outgoing mail is under Tools:Options:Mail
Format:Internet Format. Lines are always wrapped at the window edge.
