How can I let access create new records depending of a period

For example if I have 12 months I want to let access create 12 records
(rows); one for each individual month. Can you guys help me out with this? is
this possible in access? I have used access since the begin but this time I
am unable to do this.

I'm sure it could be done with VBA. Do you know VBA?
