How can I keep the text box that automaticlly apears from automat.

Is there a way to keep the text box that appears when selecting text box and
other drawing objects from automatically appearing?
 
This newsgroup is about Microsoft Access (the database), and I think your
question is about Word?

If so, there is a setting in Word under:
Tools | Options | General
and uncheck the box:
Automatically create drawing canvas when inserting AutoShapes.

If your question is about Access, please clarify.
