We send hyperlinks of files on the shared network drives internally to keep
the store size down and reduce redundancy. It appears we can only insert one
file hyperlink at a time. Is there a way to insert multiple file hyperlinks
at once? I searched all over and haven't been able to find an answer.

Text hyperlinks or .lnk attachments? Will drag and drop from explorer work?

Drag and drop from explorer attach files instead of creating hyperlinks.
Could you explain .lnk attachments?

Create shortcuts (r-click, create shortcut) then drag that shortcut to the
message - it creates a lnk attachment, not a text shortcut.

Thanx, that I do know. I meant the Insert Hyperlink browse window.
Multi-select doesn't seem to work for that.
