Word creates pages as needed to accommodate added text, so you can just
insert text wherever it's needed. Given that you presumably want this page
to be separate from the rest of the document, you can create it between two
manual page breaks (Ctrl+Enter).

while I was waiting for a reply I decided to try something myself and what
you said is just what I did. thank you very much I am glad that I was able to
get confirmation of finally doing something right without messing things up
