how can I insert a SWF file, or wmv file

Does anyone know how can I insert a SWF file, or wmv file into the body of an
Outlook email?
 
Do you mean insert it so that it is automatically viewable and playing when
the recipient opens it?
 
Yes, I have a short 10 second swf file that I would like to launch when the
email is opened. I have received emails of this kind, so I know there must be
a way to do it. But I cant find it. thanks for your help.
