How can I sign my name into a word document, or copy my signature to a word
cocument? I dont want to have to sign every piece of paper.

Also, how can I scan a blank form (with signature) into MS Word so that I
can edit or fill in the form?

Scan your signature off a piece of paper and save it as a graphics file (jpg).
(Make sure the scan picture outline is just the signature and not a lot of blank area around the
signature.)
Then use the Insert - Picture -from a file to insert your signature into the document at the
location of your choice.
Be aware that others can capture your signature if you give them an electronic copy of the document.

You most likely cannot just scan a blank form (with signature) and get what you want.
If you scan it with OCR software, to give you editing capability you will have a lot of work to make
it a usable document.
If you san it as a picture, you cannot edit it to add your text.

I would just go with the first option.

You can use Auto Correction (under Tools).
Chose for example your initials under Replace and your signature picture
under With.
Every time you write the chosen letters, your signature will be written.
(I’m not sure I’ve used the right designation – I use the Swedish version of
Word.)
