How can I import my Turnpike files into Outlook?

I have several years of filed messages and addresses on Turnpike and would
like to transfer them to my new Outlook program. Any ideas how this can be
done?

What formats can you export to in Turnpike, and what version of Outlook are
you using now?

According to TurnPike's user's manual, mail is exported in mbox format. You
can find many references on how to import mbox format into Outlook by using
Google.
