How can I import my Palm Tungsten E Contacts into Outlook 2003?

I can't tell from the online information I've reviewed whether I can import
Palm Tungsten E Contacts into Outlook 2003 Contacts. Please tell me if this
can be done.

If it can't be done directly, but the Palm Contacts can be exported into
another application and then imported into Outlook 2003, how would I do that?

Please be as specific as possible. I'm not good with vague directions.

The Tungsten E should have come with software to sync it with Outlook. Check
the install CD that came with the unit.

This is an Outlook group. How could we know the answer? Your question needs
to be directed to Palm Tungsten support.

Thank you so much for your lovely suggestion. As soon as my new Sony VAIO
can find the CD drives, I will check the Tungsten E CD.

Well, thanks.
It's not like I haven't tried to get information from Palm, who never even
replies to my queries.
And it's not like I'm trying to export into PaperPort.
I AM trying to export into OUTLOOK.
Snotty replies from support techies I can do without.

What support techies???

Russ and the rest of the MVPs, as well as others who respond to questions
posted here, are volunteers, not support techies.

I suggest you lose the attitude and RTFM for your product that is supposed
to support the option you are trying to use.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, KL asked:
